To achieve the butt fusion, the HDPE butt fusion fittings’ outer diameter shall be exact same to the HDPE pipe. By using a HDPE pipe butt fusion machine to fusion both ends in a certain temperature & time, and then remove the heating plates, tightly bond together the both ends under fixed pressure till it is cool down.
